会员9375：出门见湖，推窗赏月，从酒店的各处都能看到这个被网友调侃为“马桶圈”的湖州地标建筑。这次带上父母来过母亲节，宽敞的房间和热情的服务给我们留下了非常深刻的印象。从房间到月亮广场和渔人码头也就是散个步的功夫，夜景非常漂亮，酒店的观景台也是打卡月亮湾的好地方。最让我意外的是在前台就能喝上星爸爸咖啡，简直太完美了！
会员6225：酒店就在太湖边，房間干净整洁智能化。（我預定的是园景房，因為想看全景，前台为我們升了湖景房）在房間內都能看到月亮湾和漁人碼頭。不得不說大堂外的露台可以無死角的欣賞夜晚的灯光秀，設計師的精湛設計，让平凡的月亮湾提升了几个檔次，也成為了酒店的一大特色。酒店的早餐丰富，还贈送了下午茶。特別要感謝酒店的前台秀青、小林几位的优质服务。如果下次來湖州我还住你家。
会员1244：南太湖山庄在小梅山上，环境怡人，和月亮湾就隔着一条马路，进出游玩十分方便。酒店待客热情，非常注重服务细节，比如王雅洁小姐提前一天就微信联系，告知确切地点，询问有什么需求并在入住后及时安排。管家周玲凤手写了欢迎信，并送来水果牛奶和点心。退房时酒店前台的一位小姐，主动送了作为纪念品的湖州特产毛笔。酒店的早餐也很丰富，中西式食品比较齐全。酒店后山顶上有个在建的太白楼，登山道两旁的绣球花开的正盛，十分漂亮。酒店的位置得天独厚，晚上在大堂外的平台眺望月亮湾夜景十分漂亮。
会员2291：这个酒店是住过的开元酒店中算比较高档的了。难得见到房间里有空气净化器，消毒柜，可无线充电的蓝牙音响，房间层高很高，私密性好，安静，体验感很好。大堂的景观设计就更不用说了，网红照片一大把，特别是夕阳下跟夜灯亮起，喝上一杯奉送的星巴克咖啡，真的很浪漫。在此特别感谢酒店的张佳佳小姐，让人宾至如归的感觉。
